Post from my list of ideas

Every Tuesday, take the next idea from a list you typed, write a post about it in your voice, and leave it for approval. When the list runs out it tells you instead of repeating itself.

What it does

Step by step, in the order it runs.

  1. 01On a schedule
  2. 02Take the next idea from your list
  3. 03Check there is something to work with
  4. 04Ask Gloofy
  5. 05Draft a post for approval
  6. 06Send a notification

How it works in overads

Use this template and it is copied into your workspace as a workflow you own: every step is editable on the canvas, it can be renamed, pinned or archived (archiving pauses it), and it stays switched off until you turn it on. Test run walks the reads and conditions and reports what would be staged without staging it, and Run now works while the workflow is still switched off.

It runs on the schedule shown above. The templates ship in India time (Asia/Kolkata); change the day, hour and timezone on the trigger step.

Each post it drafts lands in Publish as pending approval; nothing is published until a person approves it there. Notifications go by email, and to any Slack, Discord or Microsoft Teams channel verified under Settings > Notifications.

Turn rows of a sheet into posts

Every Monday, read a Google Sheet you share by link and, for each row, write a post from it and leave it for approval. If the sheet cannot be read, it tells you why instead of failing silently.
