Madgicx does not publish a price: you pick a monthly ad-spend tier and see the number inside the app. overads is $49, $149 or $299, flat, on the pricing page. Here is the math at $10,000 a month, and the case where Madgicx wins.

Madgicx edits your Meta account today. overads reads, ranks and recommends until Meta clears our write access.

TL;DR verdict

Madgicx charges by your ad spend. overads charges the same at any spend.

Madgicx is a serious Meta tool and it deserves the credit. An AI Marketer optimization center, Ads Manager 2.0 for inline management, Audience Studio and Audience Launcher, an Ad Launcher, rule-based Automation tactics, server-side Cloud Tracking, and a 360 Meta Audit. It also does the thing overads cannot do yet: it writes changes into your Meta ad account today.

The catch is the price, which Madgicx does not publish. Their pricing page asks you to choose a monthly ad-spend band, seven of them from under $1K to $30K+, and then tells you to see the price inside the app. Third-party reviews report roughly $99 at entry, accurate only below about $2,500 of monthly Meta spend, about $209 at $10,000, and past $300 at $50,000. The one number they do publish is the Tracking Pro add-on: $49 per month per connected account.

overads publishes everything: $49, $149, and $299 a month, flat, with unlimited workspaces, seats and connected ad accounts on every plan. The line does not move when your budget doubles. It also covers three live ad platforms rather than one, with two more built and in review, plus publishing, Signals for brand visibility, Creative Studio, and a CRM that follows spend through to cash. The honest trade: Madgicx operates the account today and overads does not yet.

Seven spend bands vs three printed numbers

Madgicx is the better executor today, and this page says so twice. The difference you can plan a year around is the price.

Their model

Pick a spend band, learn the price inside

The Madgicx pricing page lists seven monthly ad-spend bands and no prices. What buyers know comes from third-party reviews.

Third-party reported · not published
Under $2,500 monthly Meta spend~$99/moReported
$10,000 monthly Meta spend~$209/moReported
$50,000 monthly Meta spend$300+/moReported

The one number Madgicx publishes: Tracking Pro, $49 per month per connected account.

Our model

Three numbers, printed

Flat at any spend. Unlimited workspaces, seats and connected ad accounts on every plan.

Published · overads.io/pricing
Starter$49/mo
Growth$149/mo
Scale$299/mo

Billed annually: $39, $119 and $239. Doubling your budget moves nothing.

The honest trade

They write today

Madgicx changes campaigns inside your Meta account right now. Our write layer is built and confirm-gated, but it stays off until Meta grants Advanced Access. Until then overads reads, ranks and recommends.

The math

A team spending $10,000 a month on Meta

One connected ad account, both tools at their going rate.

Scenario · $10K monthly Meta spend · one account
overads Growth, flat at any spend$149.00
Madgicx at the $10K tier, reported$209.00
Tracking Pro, 1 connected account$49.00
Madgicx total$258.00
Monthly delta$109.00 saved

The $209 is reported, not published, so treat the total as an estimate and confirm it in their app. Reviews put Madgicx past $300 at $50,000 of monthly spend; Growth stays $149.

When Madgicx wins

Pick Madgicx if you need the account operated today

No amount of breadth makes up for the one thing your workflow depends on.

Rules that fire at 2am

If an ad set must pause overnight without you, that is Madgicx today. overads recommends the pause; you make it in Meta.

Meta-only depth

Server-side Cloud Tracking and a 360 Meta Audit from one vendor. Depth on one network beats reach across five when you only run one.

Or run both

Madgicx executes inside Meta while overads holds the cross-platform picture, the daily brief and the CRM. Same upstream accounts, no conflict.

Either way, both tools hold OAuth access to your ad accounts. overads encrypts those tokens at rest, scoped per workspace. SOC 2 Type II evidence collection is in progress and not yet certified, and we are not going to put the badge on this page before we have earned it.

How much does Madgicx cost?
Madgicx does not publish a price. Its pricing page asks you to pick a monthly ad-spend band, seven of them running from under $1K to $30K+, then tells you to see the price inside the app. Third-party reviews report roughly $99 a month at entry, about $209 at $10,000 of monthly Meta spend, and past $300 at $50,000. The only figure Madgicx publishes outright is the Tracking Pro add-on at $49 per month per connected account.
Does the Madgicx price go up as I spend more?
Yes. The tier you select is a monthly ad-spend band, so growing your budget moves you up a band. The widely quoted $99 entry price is only accurate while you spend under roughly $2,500 a month on Meta. overads works the other way: Starter $49, Growth $149, and Scale $299 are flat and published, and they do not move when your spend does.
Can overads pause campaigns or change budgets?
Not today, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The Meta write layer is built and every action is confirm-gated, but it ships behind a feature flag that stays off until Meta grants Advanced Access to ads_management. Madgicx makes those changes in your ad account right now. If in-app execution is the reason you are shopping, that is a real point for Madgicx today.
Which ad platforms does each one cover?
Madgicx is Meta-first: Facebook and Instagram. overads supports five and three are live: Meta and Google sync the full campaign, ad set and ad breakdown, and Snapchat is spend-only. The LinkedIn and X connectors are built but those platforms have not approved our ads API access, so nothing flows from them yet. If every dollar you spend is on Meta, that breadth is worth nothing to you. If you already run Google alongside Meta, it is the whole argument.
What is Madgicx Tracking Pro?
It is their server-side Cloud Tracking product, sold as an add-on at $49 per month per connected account. It is genuinely useful if you are Meta-heavy and losing conversions to signal loss. It is also worth reading as a pricing signal: it is billed per account, on top of a subscription that already scales with your ad spend.
Is there a free trial, and are there annual discounts?
Madgicx runs a 7-day free trial, and quarterly or annual billing carries a discount, roughly 20 to 25 percent off for annual. overads discounts annual billing too: Starter drops to $39, Growth to $119, and Scale to $239 per month when billed annually.
Can I run Madgicx and overads together?
Yes, and for a Meta-heavy team it is a reasonable stack today. Madgicx executes inside the Meta ad account. overads gives you the cross-platform spend picture, the daily AI brief that ranks tomorrow's actions, the Gloofy agent for the questions in between, Signals for brand visibility in AI answers, Creative Studio for images and ad copy, and a CRM that ties spend to lead to deal to invoice to cash. They read the same upstream ad accounts and do not conflict.
Which is cheaper at $10,000 a month in Meta spend?
overads, by $109 a month. Third-party reviews put Madgicx around $209 at that spend, plus $49 for Tracking Pro, so $258 against overads Growth at $149 flat. That $209 is reported rather than published, because Madgicx does not publish it. The gap also widens from there: their number keeps climbing with your budget and ours does not.
