We build the operator’s bench
Tools for the people who actually log in every morning and decide what to pause, what to scale, and what to ignore for one more day.
overads started in early 2026 out of a simple, embarrassing admission: after a decade of building growth teams, we were still copy-pasting spend into Sheets every Monday. The dashboards we paid for were either too thin to be useful or too enterprise to fit a team of five.
So we built the thing we wanted. One connection layer for the six ad platforms that matter to operators in our orbit. One read-only merge of spend, ROAS, CPA, and CTR. One AI loop that takes a fresh look every morning and tells you what changed, with the metric that changed it.
We are a small team, profitable from day one by design, building in public, and intentionally not chasing the enterprise logo wall. If that matches the kind of partner you want, the rest of this site is for you.
I’ve spent ten years inside growth teams that ran multi-million dollar paid budgets on a spreadsheet stitched together by hand every morning. The dashboards we paid for were either too thin to be useful or built for a 200-person company we’d never become. Every time a campaign quietly bled money, it took us a week to notice, two more to argue about it, and another to fix it.
overads exists because that loop is broken. Operators deserve a single honest read of where their spend is going, an AI analyst that points at the specific number that moved, and a 5-minute setup that doesn’t need an IT ticket or a six-figure contract. No vibes-based recommendations, no padded numbers, no enterprise theatre. Just the tool we wished we had every Monday morning, now built for everyone in the same seat.
If you spend on more than two ad platforms, give us a Tuesday morning. By Wednesday, you’ll wonder why you ever did it the old way.

Three rules we keep coming back to
Honest data
Every number on every chart is traceable back to the row it came from. We never smooth, never round in the user's favor, never round in ours.
Operator-first
We build for the person opening six tabs at 8am, not the buyer in the procurement deck. Speed, clarity, defaults that survive contact with a real account.
Boring on purpose
Trends, not hype. A tool that does five things well beats one that does fifty things you have to remember exist. We say no a lot.
